Prestige Toyota is looking for a Service Lane Greeter. We need a strong disciplined individual to help take us to the next level!! We need one exclusive, experienced, car person to handle acquiring pre-owned vehicles from our service drive. The used car buyer is a full-time position with possible growth potential. Enjoy constant interaction with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to make cold contact with prospects who bring their vehicle in for service.
• Communicate with customers through various forms: in-person, phone, email, etc.
• Set appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
• Requires ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Refer customers interested in replacing their vehicle to the sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer experience, appropriately managing the customer's expectations.
• Turn prospective customers over to sales team for a sale opportunity!
• Work with management to identify current inventory needs.
• Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite.
• Create and execute reconditioning plan to prepare vehicle for sale.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers from the service drive in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact from current or prospective customers and accurately enter in the CRM.
• Utilize the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to follow-up with prospective customers and maintain relationships with current customers ensuring their needs are met.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customer during write up process ensuring it is a non-confrontational experience.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and manufacturer promotions.
• Attend and actively participate in daily sales and training meetings.
• Practice skills daily including customer service and interaction, product presentation, product knowledge and phone communication.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of vehicle lot and showroom.
• Upon sale, present and deliver vehicle to customer following delivery process ensuring a satisfying customer experience.
• Upon sale, introduce customer to Service department following Sales 2 Service process.
• Obtain all appropriate licensing as required by state law (if applicable)
• Assist sales representative with daily customer contact activity using the daily work plan in CRM to make daily sales appointments and follow-up on sold and unsold customers.
• Communicate regularly with superior and submit monthly activity information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Dealership experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus
• Extremely self-motivated
• Ability to drive exceptional customer service.
• Organization and follow up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Clean, valid license
• Must be over the age of 18.

The salary range for this position is ($39,000.00 to $84,000.00). This position is also eligible for commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
